Legal
What the right of withdrawal is, why it expires with us, and what we voluntarily offer instead.
The right of withdrawal is a statutory consumer right that lets you cancel an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This applies to most online purchases.
But for digital products with immediate delivery (like a PDF you can download right after payment) this right is excluded, on the condition that you explicitly agree before delivery starts.
Because your PDF is generated and downloaded right after payment, Stripe explicitly asks for your consent on the payment page. By doing so you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
Not happy with your PDF? Something not working as promised? Email info@cvontwerper.nl within 14 days of your download, you get the €2 back instantly via your original payment method.
No questions, no forms. This is our voluntary money-back guarantee, in addition to (not instead of) your consumer rights.
Want to submit a formal written request? Copy this and email it to info@cvontwerper.nl:
To: CVontwerper, info@cvontwerper.nl Hereby I request a refund of my CVontwerper PDF download. Transaction number: [fill in] Download date: [fill in] Email: [your email] Reason: [optional] Kind regards, [Name]
Even with our voluntary guarantee, all your consumer rights remain in effect. For serious complaints you can turn to the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) or the European ODR platform.
